Sad but true it has and always will be over populated and forced to put them done. To many people not fixing there pets.
They do if they have too many after month or more.
They do euthanize animals yes. FAPS is a no kill shelter and there are rescues in the area. Sadly having a very large military installation the shelter always has an influx of animals

MAny so-called shelters just put a Band-Aid on the real problem which is people educating these morons that just let their cats run free to get pregnant and then release the kittens into the streets they need to educate people about spay and neuter. They should fight for laws to regulate spay and neuter because this is ridiculous millions millions millions of cats getting dogs are euthanized annually in the United States aren't people great not!
