Where do I take my trash?

There is a large dumpster area in the back of the apartment complex.

So let's be perfectly clear. Each month you charge each resadent a $15.00 charge for "Trash" yet each resadent is expected to transport there own trash in there own vehicle to a hidden trash bin at the other end of the complex? Nit only that but the trash bin is ALWAYS over flowing with garbage and sprayed out on the road, it looks awful and smells just as bad. Not only that but each week there is a sizable amount of furniture and other houshold items from whatever and people from all over come and pick through the trash. Hello security, hi um, we are very insecure. How is that $15.00 working out when the complex accross the street has people who come pick up your trash for you. Or any other complex that has a trash bin close enough to walk too. It costs less money to the city to have my own trash can and have the city come twice a week for pick up. .something is not right here. And what is drainage fee? Or the pest control fee? Come on really, I have not meet anyone like it her
