The Office attendant is the most rude person ever ..Her name is Holly ...HR should definitely do something about her...Else you will loose customers...I almost just wanted to leave because of her words ...Just her words....she needs to be talked to...Its sad how people talk to people in such disrespect..

Worst experience I’ve ever had with an apartment complex. Office manager was rude since day one and even then since we never got along anytime she could hit me with policy and make me pay extra for anything she would. Also told me from her mouth “I have bigger issues to fix so sorry I can’t fix your issue” like mines is to small to worry. Will not warn you about any fees they charging you until it happens and don’t have any sympathy. If you move here yes rent is cheap but just know the service you pay for is the service is you get. And these are just a couple. I’m easy to work with but this the first time I’ve ever had this many problems with a front office. Remember you pay for the quality of service. Plus I put in a work order 1. It wasn’t fixed for months 2. When they came to finally fix it it they did a half job and waited 3 more weeks to come back and fix it later and wouldn’t say anything to me until I had to call and complain.
