They will not pick up pets, however you can surrender them at the facility. But please explore other options for rehoming them first.
There is no concierge pick service. You will need to bring a driver's license and bring her into the center. They will have you fill out a surrender form so that potential adopters will know about her and how to best take care of her if she is deemed adoptable. But let me ask first, have you tried to rehome her? What is wrong that you are giving her up?
