I cannot overstate how positive my experience was with Rosen Law Firm. My attorney, Holly Groh, was professional and reassuring during this very stressful and challenging period. She was very responsive to my questions and concerns. And I was continually impressed with her knowledge and confidence in handling my divorce. I also deeply appreciated her level of investment in representing and protecting my interests. I couldn't be any happier with the final outcome and remain grateful to Holly for her representation. I also appreciated the regular periodic "check-ins" by Kinsey McGowan. I highly recommend Rosen Law Firm without reservation.

My experience with Rosen could not have been better. Once I took the initial step and spoke to Lisa she put me a ease providing guidance, gave me confidence to move forward and using her wealth of knowledge to explain what to expect in the divorce process. Her availability was amazing, and to add, we had multiple consults prior to my decision on legal representation. Once on board Holly joined the team and worked to understand my interests during the long separation agreement negotiations. Holly spent hours with two separate opposing counsel teams in understanding the complexities of my positions. It was a long process but due to this great team the results were fair and very favorable. If anyone needs representation use the Rosen firm. Thank you Rosen!

My divorce was complicated. They helped me get a solution that I could live with. Covid made things a lot harder and they have processes in place that allowed everything to work. Sometimes you do get what you pay for. I hope I never need them again, but if I do, this is where I would start...

In order for your wife to prove infidelity, for alimony purposes, she must show inclination and opportunity. Presenting a picture showing such familiarity is some evidence of inclination. This alone is not enough to prove infidelity but in the future, it is important to know that social media pictures can be used as evidence, so it is best to avoid posting pictures that can be taken the wrong way.
Okay, Thanks.
Our Rosen online system provides answers to questions and example forms for equitable distribution. It is a good resource if you are representing yourself in any divorce related matter.
In North Carolina, generally, you cannot borrow against a jointly titled house without the consent of both spouses. Both spouses would need to be listed on the deed of trust and this requires signature of both.
