Yes you can, but if your staying multiple nights it would be better to do valet because of the IN AND OUT privileges.
No, you check in and they park the car for you. You will have access to your vehicle anytime you want. If you just need to get in to get the treats you forgot, for example, they unlock it, walk with you and relock it. And honestly, very safe all around. (Single female) and parking is in their lot, for guests. Not across anything
