Chose this hotel primarily for its location, walking distance to the Phipps conservatory and restaurants. Easy access to valet parking ($25) The room was a decent size with fridge, coffee maker, small table and large desk. Staff members were friendly and helpful. The cafe was good for breakfast. Some construction made for an extra block to access but not a major issue. Perfect for our one night stay. Oh and first time I used the Hilton web site to check in and access the key to my room😊. That was neat!

This is a nice, clean hotel in the center of town. You definitely pay for the location. Nothing is included in the price, including the $25 a night parking. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The only negative was you have to request that your room is cleaned; it is not done automatically. If you're visiting a Pitt student it is the perfect location.

The rooms were clean and nice. We were there with a swim team and they were very accomodating with the team. We used their conference room several times and they allowed us to use their main tv to stream the swim meets as spectators were not allowed in the pool. Staff was cordial. Food and drinks were ok, just a little overpriced. The best thing about the hotel was the location. We had lots of restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance, so we never had to take the car. I would stay here again.

The one gentleman at the front desk was not overly nice but then another gentleman stepped in and things went much easier. Maybe he was new...Parking is $25 per day which is crazy if you're staying here for the hospitals which is typical the case. The hotel is in major need of an update. I'm not very impressed being that this hotel got more stars than the others in the surrounding area. We should have stayed at the Family House as many recommended. I figured a hotel would be nicer than that for my wife for a few days. I didn't stay at Family House to judge this by but I'm assured it's a little nicer.
