My room upon check in had greasy fingerprints on the dresser. There was a used crusty bath cloth hanging on the shower curtain and the bed sheets had stains on them. Towels have a musty smell as well. Overall poor cleanliness of the room. The staff was very kind and helpful. Expected better from a Marriott.

This place is one of my favorites in this area. I have been staying here for years. If you choose this place you for sure won't be disappointed. All of the normal attributes of a hotel were great, room cleanliness and comfort etc. The real exceptional experience was the help from a staff member named Kelly, who after I’d had a night of stomach illness, personally made toast and warmed broth to make something I could tolerate to eat. She went well above and beyond her duty after breakfast had been cleared away and was happy to help me. Thanks so much.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Due to lack of staff, cleaning services did not happen during my stay and the day I arrived, my room was not ready until hours later. That was the only downfall. They did serve a very healthy and delicious breakfast each morning and staff at the front desk was attentive and friendly

Booked for my wedding and did a block of rooms, big mistake!! Clean and nice staff but the room quality is awful. Many things broken in the rooms or not working for some people in my group. The beds feel like box springs, doors that don't close, broken closet doors, ripped carpet, broken thermostat, and little to no silverware. VERY POOR quality for a Marriott. After staying at this hotel I will never stay at a Marriott again.
