Everything was great UNTIL we woke up on our day of check out. When we woke up, unfortunately we found a bug in our bed. We believe it was a bed bug. The breakfast was just a standard grab and go breakfast that contained a muffin, breakfast bar, fruit cup, a small can of orange juice, and plastic ware. The front desk staff was super friendly. I really wanted to review this place better, because overall we had a good stay, but that bed bug was just awful to see.

This is NOT a Hampton Inn! It is now called McKnight Hotel. And it's quality is not comparable to a Hampton. The old Hampton Inn sign has a tarp draped over it. They couldn't even bother to remove it. The location is pretty bad actually. You can't get to the hotel from the other side of the road. The staff is not as accommodating as you would find at a Hampton. Breakfast is a Childs box of snacks.

Claims to have a complimentary hot breakfast. The breakfast in question was a box of cold cereal bars. When trying to eat this disappointment, annoyingly rude lady was spraying cleaner everywhere. No hot water, so don't expect to take a hot shower. And you'd definitely want to if you dare use the pool which when I was here, was overrun by several families having a kid's birthday party, complete with cake there, and several kids swimming in just diapers. Even though there are signs posted saying no food is to be in the pool area. Phone in room was disconnected, for some reason. Probably because the front desk doesn't want anyone calling about the behavior of the "guests" that treat the hotel as their personal playground. The only plus about this "hotel" is the location.

The staff, especially Sarah, front desk are great!! Clean rooms! No bar restaurant but they plan on expanding and putting one in. Easy access to Pittsburgh city center, about 5 minute drive.
