I love that it has a kitchenette and plenty of space, like a mini apartment while you’re traveling. The bed is not the most comfortable, and the sheets did not feel like they were a good quality as they had lots of pilling. The staff was very nice and it’s in a great area!

Positive: They met my needs for my pets by finding a room on the first floor. Everyone was so accommodating. It was a pleasure to stay there Negative: The breakfast was disappointing. Other places Iwe have stayed had eggs , sausage or bacon and some kind of potatoes. What was there was good but I was expecting more

Positive: Very nice and attentive personnel. Negative: It lists hot breakfast, but nothing is hot, except coffee and water. There's prepackaged sausage, egg, and bacon muffins you can microwave to make it hot, or oatmeal you can put hot water on, but nothing is prepared hot. Manager stated this is typical.

This hotel rates among the mediocre of Hilton properties all around. The quick: for $100 it wasn't the best Hilton brand hotel we've stayed in, but it wasn't the worst. The long version: We stay exclusively on Hilton Properties because we find that we have the most success with them. We've never stayed at a Home2 Suites prior to this stay and I think we will continue to stick with Homewood Suites, or others, when possible instead. We did like that this still had the "suite" feel and had a kitchenette and more of a studio like feel for the space. For us, on a personal note, this hotel had smoking and non smoking rooms as well as allowed pets. However, they don't have any rooms that are pet free. So if you have common pet allergies that would be a concern, pick a different hotel to be safe. They did advise they clean well and use a spray but.... I don't think their version of clean would help someone with severe allergies. This location had salted the walkways but not shoveled it. The parking spaces and walkways were thick with slushy, mucky, and salt mixed snow. Upon arrival, we were greeted.... not terribly, Just not very professionally. We were checked in quickly, which was great. I was able to get our free waters when I asked for them the next day, but they weren't offered upon arrival. The room was not the cleanest; there were splatter marks from something on at least one of the walls. The bathroom door needs to be wiped down as it's visually grimy (I was able to take a wash cloth and wipe away the prints and stains visually visible. But how unsanitary it must be for them to neglect sanitizing such a common surface.) There was food debris in the living room lounge area as well. Basically, cleaning could use a little help. There were only 3 pillows on a King bed instead of the usual 4 and there were no extras in the room anywhere. A breakfast was available. The set up is a bit crammed and people kept bumping into one another, but it wasn't bad. The breakfast is always a great amenity in our eyes even if it's not the best food. They generally have a pretty decent variety of food. I di love the Hilton Honors app so I could check us out on our own. No stopping at the front desk.
