Avoid this hotel. My family reserved 2 hotel rooms for the night and we ended up experiencing the worst customer service. My wife found roaches behind the refrigerator amd we reported the issue to the hotel representative. We simply requested a refund, but they denied our request and I asked for a manager. The representative handed over her personal phone for me to speak with the manager and nothing was accomplished. We ended up discovering more than 20 roaches crawling behind the refrigerator. The lack of care from the hotel manager about the safety factor involving my family in which we had 2 infants and 5 year old with us. Here is some additional downfalls of the hotel there is no parking lot lights, the rooms have stains everywhere, the exterior doors are completely open to the public and the badge reader doesn't work for those doors. We're simply going to corporate.

I don’t have anything bad to say. My room was fine and clean. Big room, king size bed, microwave, mini fridge and tv. For breakfast they gave cold cereal, fruit, muffin, orange juice, coffee and bagel’s. There is also a fitness room

The other people reviewing this must never staying in a hotel before. It’s very clean. Nice workers and everything works as it should. Air conditioner is just as loud as any are, not like stated before. They are on the middle of doing some renovations so they are making it better. Only down side was the breakfast wasn’t the best, had very little to offer.

Probably one of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced. Although the staff were very nice, it didn’t make up for the rest. None of the key cards worked for the outside access doors. There were no batteries in tv remote control. The bathroom was dirty. The tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, hair all over it, nasty stains on the tub and shower curtains. Their were stains on the comforter that I didn’t notice from the previous night. The worst part was the heater only put out cool air so we literally slept in the cold with the outside temps being 14 degrees. The hallway was warmer than our room. We complained and they offered a small portable heating unit. Never offered a refund or even a discount. Outside the front lobby was a complete mess, orange cones every where. It was almost impossible to maneuver my vehicle through to go park and check in. I would give it a zero star if I could. Worst hotel ever, will never stay here again.
