Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your hotel. This web site will compare hundreds of hotel sites and usually will have rates a lot cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This hotel is the best rated in the area. I've been coming here for years. If you stay for a few days you won't regret it. Excellent location (well, when downtown isn't all construction but that's not their fault). Rooms are nice, bathrooms cool, beds comfy. Breakfast is amazing. Pancakes are yummy, eggs were great. Pool is small but works. Highly recommend this hotel. Will come back next time we are in The 'Burgh.

While the proximity to the city was very nice the hotel itself could use some help. The front desk staff was very helpful, especially with the business of the weekend. But that is where the enjoyment ended. Our rooms were not very clean. You could write your name in the dust on the wooden shelves that separated the living space and sleeping space. I'm not sure what happened in room 419, but the staining all over the carpet, walls, and lampshade looked like something out of a true crime documentary. While we thought we were getting a with the block of rooms booked out, once the undisclosed fees and taxes were added, it was a very expensive stay.

We had arrived Friday afternoon & noted how there were hardly any cars in the parking structure and figured our first night would be a peaceful one! Well, we go to front desk to check in and the guy was not friendly at all. He pointed out that we were early as if annoyed. Having worked as a front desk & housekeeping manager for two years at a Marriott, I understand hotel operations. There's this really cool feature in the system that lets front desk staff switch room assignments, so if my room was not ready, it would have taken him 10 seconds to switch my room assignment to one that was clean. We get to the room and the interior was unimpressive. The room is worn out and the toilet was disgusting. We ended up saying screw it, checked out a day early and stayed at the lovely bed & breakfast we had stayed in prior to our arrival at this horrible property. I'd never stay there again.

I stayed for one night and was not impressed, I’ve paid less for better stays. They offer late check out if you’re a points member. The parking lot was a hot mess since it snowed the day before and it was barely properly plowed. It costs $20. The room was okay but it’s 2022 and they’re only offering direct tv. You can only stream if you connect an external source. The space of a suite is nice but in the future I will take a smaller room to get a nicer stay. The shower was an absolute disgrace. They also don’t have full sized pillows? My bed had about 6 mini pillows. It was so weird.

Directly next to PPG Paints Arena. Parking garage attached to hotel in rear.
If you have a room at the hotel you can use the hotels parking area.
Yes, extremely convenient location too, it costs around $20 per night though.
No, the free shuttle is limited to 5 miles. Your only option is a friend, or a paid ride like a bus, uber, or a taxi.
it is relatively far, you would need car or uber, Petersen event Center is in Oakland on Pitts campus, the hotel is down town Pittsburgh
Only if they have rooms available. It helps if you are a club member, but it's still not guaranteed.
