Superb location within walking distance to a lot of tourist attractions, fine restaurants and the convention center. The staff are very courteous and always offer prompt service. The rooms are a little dated, in general. That is probably common with a lot of the other downtown hotels that are located in historic buildings. I had a city view, high floor room, but the windows were extremely unclean, thus completely obscuring the view. The bed was comfortable with fresh, clean linen. A large TV with extended cable, refrigerator, coffee maker, iron, and all other standard room features were available. The bathroom was really tiny, with no counter space around the sink and the toilet being cramped up near a wall. The gym and pool area are well maintained, and there's a very good restaurant on-site, that also stays open until 10PM. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay for a solo work trip.

We booked her because of it’s proximity to the stadium and restaurants. The restaurant on-site was great as was the service. Our room was clean and well-equipped. The only “issue” we had is that we traveled in a pickup truck and their parking garage was too low to accommodate our vehicle. We had to park about 10 minutes away and walk back with our things in the rain as a result. So, just keep the height of your vehicle in mind.

Overall a good experience. Staff have been nice and helpful all around, including front desk, restaurant, and valets. Speaking of the restaurant, the food is excellent and fairly reasonably priced. Not a huge menu but they seem good at what they do. My suite was nice, almost the size of an apartment. Fridge was tiny - almost useless, and room shows a bit of wear, but isn’t awful. I agree with others - the shower water pressure is great! The gym is nice too! The elevators seem a bit iffy, so beware of that. Location is top notch, with lots in walking distance. Overall I’d recommend it.

Not the best hotel experience. Paid for a king room, not available upon arrival. No maid service, no refreshing of towels. They wouldn't bring them up; I had to retrieve them from the front desk. Room was small and a weird configuration. But it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Best warm cookies ever on arrival.
