This hotel is one of the highest rated in this area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you for sure will love it I'm sure! My stay there was March 17-March 20. Although Our church group got there very late because of traffic coming from NC and had requested a handicapped room for me and it wasn’t I stayed in the room one night and the Guest Service Manager Josephine Jones was very apologetic for the mix up and right on moving us into a handicap room. They offered to move everything out of one room to the next room . Josephine is a very compassionate and thoughtful person. I really enjoyed my stay and had all my concerns and needs met promptly… I also want to give a high five to the food service department. Tamika Jordan lit up the dining room service with her smile and conversation…. She was very hospitable, cheerful and funny. I would definitely stay here again traveling north just to because of them making my stay so pleasant… Give theses Ladies a raise !!!

I want to give a shout out here to two of the staff of this Springhill Marriott on Pittsburgh's North Shore. Nicole, who checked us in late in evening, was precise and caring. She asked for details about our stay and made some helpful suggestions about walking and parking. Tamika of the breakfast staff was also a gem. She just obviously enjoys her job and connecting with people. The breakfast was ideal for a free continental.

Spacious rooms. Some maintenance things needed address but didn't affect our stay. Fantastic location. Easily walk the city and riverfront. Great restaurant options. SoHo restaurant attached making it too convenient for late night snacks or drinks. Staff was friendly from front desk to breakfast servers. Continental breakfast included which is always a plus. Pool needed some attention but got the job done.

Room was clean, bathroom needed updated, but nothing functionally wrong. Great service all around. Front desk was helpful and friendly (let us park early before check because we were going to beerfest from 12-5). Tamika was an absolute joy at breakfast. - Hope she is doing well!

No they don't accommodate animals but they will help you find a place that does.
It's only 3 or 4 blocks away. Easy walk and you'll pass a lot of tailgating along the way.
