Rooms are cool. Nothing really special about them. They are clean and maintained everytime I've been there. Shower was clean and water pressure was up to par. I have mixed feeling about the staff. Some were super nice and welcoming, some seemed to regret that they signed up to work in a hotel. Cleaning staff that actually do the rooms are always super friendly, always atleast greet you if you walk past. Location is great. Close enough to restaurants, gas stations and a target. Also bigger things like a bowling alley and arcade are nearby if you happened to be visiting friends or family.

Positive: The location. Negative: The room was dirty. The linens were stained with blood and something else. The room needs a major overhaul. Furniture was damaged and stained. Walls had stains on them. The lobby had a musty smell. Just not a hotel I will ever go to again.

Positive: Very comfortable beds, good shower, free breakfast. Room & bathroom were adequately clean, though small. Quiet & basic. Staff did their best; front desk person very upbeat despite being understaffed. Convenient location north side of Pgh. for good price. Negative: Awful coffee - Real brewed coffee is essential! Tiny room, no place for 2nd chair, needs a mirror in the room. Breakfast could be better quality. Highly recommend adding unit venting to outside air, or air purifier. But good value for clean hotel in Pgh.!

Very few words from staff when checking in, which was fine actually as it was 11pm. Bathroom walls very dirty, pretty sure sheets weren't changed from last stay, walls are two different shades of yellow from wrong color paint touch ups. Shower head was broken, only one setting, 3 super hard streams, very narrow and difficult to shower with the massage setting. Someone yelling at someone else that was smoking crack with two guys...yes, confirmed by the guy yelling it was crack, then a child crying. People yelling in the halls about hookers, unsure if they were joking. Won't be spending another night here, I've stayed at a LOT of hotels and first time I can say I've felt concerned to leave my room or even stay in it.
