The vets here treat your animals like family, always have. They respect your wishes, medicate as if a human for pain and discomfort, offer presurgical screenings if time allows and explain things so you understand. They go above and beyond! They've been my vets of choice since they opened. Due to their relationship with the community, they can be hard to get a quick appointment with but do everything they can to accommodate.

They're great. We've been with them for about 20 years. We also board our pets when we go on vacation.

I called to make an appointment for my little dog Sophie. A rude girl answered the phone and very quickly put me on hold. I sat on hold for 5 minutes before giving up and just hanging up and calling Brookside. I should have just called Brookside in the first place.

We love using this hospital for our pets, Dr. decker saved one of our pets lives and helped give him a little longer happier life. I really wish it was not so difficult to make an appointment though I can never get through to anyone, it takes me about 2 days of calling at different times before I can get anyone.

North Ogden Animal Hospital is kind of booked out a bit. There is an animal ER type place in Sunset. It costs a bit but they can help. I had to take my dog there after he had a bad reaction to vaccination, he wouldn't eat at all then either.

Does anyone know a vet that won't turn my dog away and say they have to wait for a foxtail to surface? North Ogden Animal hospital has done this twice to my dog and she's been in pain for months.
