Vanessa is always AMAZING with our cat! Our little gal cat is ancient and somewhat special needs, but Vanessa is super patient with her, gets her calmed down, and does such a perfect job on her grooming. I can't recommend her enough. I'm really glad this location does cat grooming because our cat struggles to take care of herself (she has no teeth and a very long, thick coat) and she needs help, and I don't have the skills to do it. I don't know what we'd do without them.

So this location has had good groomers for our dogs and even better groomers. I wish some staff stayed longer but I've never been disappointed with the services for grooming. The rest of the store is as expected at a well run pet store. I would recommend.

Heter Potter

I got very nice birds, who entertain me all day, and are worth the cleanup. The store itself was so much better than pet co, where parakeets are literally 80 dollars.
