This is a great place to stay, although nothing is perfect. The room looked but didn't exactly smell clean this visit and I seem to get resistance from the front desk workers when I need additional linens or an extra pillow. The rooms are spacious, it's nice to have a mini fridge and microwave, a table to work on, and a decent bed in a convenient location. One small thing: some water damage and/or peeling paint above the window.

Nice, quiet and convenient budget hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room is very nice. Has coffee maker, big refrigerator, microwave and alarm clock. Three big drawers on bureau. Carpet is a bit dated but no odors. Room is perfect for one or two people. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!!!

Called for extra towels. Was told I had to bring the dirty towels to the service desk to get new towels. NEVER have been asked to bring dirty towels to a common area. Also they would only give me enough towels for enough people in the room. Then as I was getting ready to take the towels there was a knock on the door and the house keeper was there asking for the towels which I handed to her, they were dirty because I had an accident and she was going to refuse to give me the clean towels. Mind you I had the towels wrapped up. It was not handled disgusting or not in a unprofessional manner. I finally got her to give me the towels after taking the others and then I get a phone call from the service desk asking me why the towels got dirty. I one should not have to explain what happened and 2 what gives him the right to be in my business so I was honest and apparently he didn't like the truth so he hung up on me. I am a paying guest who has every right to ask for extra towels who happened to need them because I had a woman emergency. And then I get humiliated and pretty much refused towels then hung up on. I will never stay at this hotel room again. I had to give a 1 star, for being be littled your establishment gets a negative Stars.

The first 2 rooms I was offered were dirty :/ but the manager was very gracious and got us into something that was perfectly acceptable. Clean but no frills. Would stay again
