Really good example of needing to hire good people consistently. I was very impressed when I went in one week night a few weeks ago but then today made me never want to set foot in that place again. The clerks would barely speak in an audible tone or volume and treated me as if I knew nothing and they were doing me a favor by being there at all and offering almost non-existent customer service. As much as I liked the convince of the shop, customer service is a bigger issue than driving a few more miles. Good luck to customers who want decent service it's hit or miss.

This store used to be awesome, but just over the last year has taken a major dive in customer service. During COVID I have been ordering my juice online to pick up at the store. My most recent order of almost $80.00 in juice, I called 2 days later and was told “it will be ready tomorrow” over and over again! Then when a week had past and the final time I called to see if it was ready I was told “the person that makes the juice wouldn’t even be in until next week”. This same issue happened last time I ordered also. I have used this store since it opened its doors and I have never seen a separate employee just to make juice. It seems this store is now run by lazy kids that just don’t care. There are SO MANY more places to buy juice, even online; so my advice, take your money to somewhere that actually cares about its customers. More than a week for an order of juice is absolutely ridiculous! I could have ordered some online from a different company and had it shipped to my door by now! UPDATE- so while writing this review I decided, before I post it, to run into the store and use all my reward points (because I will not be shopping here anymore) and ask some questions. Low and behold there was an employee in the juice making room and when I asked about them making juice I was told the employee was “MAKING JUICE FOR ONLINE ORDERS”! So not only was the customer service terrible they also lied to me out right! I’m sure this review won’t change or amount to anything, but I hope it helps anyone looking to order juice if you are days or weeks away from running out.

Went in the other night and Colby helped me out with some new juice! He was very helpful and like everyone there gave great customer service. They have a Ton of different juices whether house or premium! Great atmosphere and in my opinion the best rewards system in Northern Utah! Been going there for the last couples years and I've never been dissatisfied! I Highly recommend this place!

I believe they do. If not they will shortly. Im not 100% sure what it goes for so i cant comment accurately but probably 60-80$ some where between that. big gap i know but im not sure since i stear clear of smok products these days.

They do have sour watermelon but it is a different brand. Nothing called Neighborhood Juice.
