You cannot get a live person on the phone, if you are a legal rep they give you an email address which is no good. Horrible customer service, and I thought Florida was bad.....

Hi Mrs. Angela, I have to agree with you she is very rude. She did the same thing to me that she did to you. I couldn't say or ask anything without her cutting me off. The first time I called she answered and when we hung up I was in tears because of the way she talked to me. Now when I call she is still rude and told me it's not their problem that I needed to get my paperwork and get it to them. I don't know her last name either but I'm also going to report her once I know who to talk too.

If I was able to put no stars I would. I called to give information on behalf of my fiance and the lady on the phone was the most rude person ever. She cut me off while I was trying to explain the situation he was facing. Her name was Felicia, she did not provide her last name. I am trying to find the correct information to her supervisor because no matter what I am human just as she is.
