Classic Car Wash

I've been going to CCW for years as they are the only remaining hand wash in Napa. I've always accepted that the wash was about an 8/10 experience as there is usually some materials left on the vehicle, etc. Now that they have significantly raised prices to almost $35 a wash for the classic wash, I would expect that a bit more attention to detail would be justified. I still have to ask the crew to reclean missed spots and that is a bit frustrating after spending $35 on a wash. Hopefully service will improve or it may be time to find an alternative wash facility.

I used to enjoy coming here to get my car wash...but in recent years the quality has declined tremendously. I always tell myself this will be the last time but out of convenience, i would still come here to get my car cleaned. I think my last visit will be the last time I come here. The staff is always so nice and helpful but the quality of care is what changed for me. I would still recommend the place out of convenience but moving forward, I have to find a new place. Thank you for the memories.

Been here twice, the first time they did such an amazing job I was shocked, my car hadn’t been that clean since I bought it from the dealer. This time left much to be desired. I preemptively tipped 57% to be generous after my last experience, but I wish I could take it back after seeing my car. I paid extra for an upgraded wash and which turned out to be a huge waste. Hand washed wheels? Doubt it. Interior was still dirty everywhere. I’ll probably go back again hoping to give them one more shot. I imagine if I had a luxury vehicle instead of my humble sedan, they wouldn’t have been so careless.

I have been going to get my car washed here for years. Never had an issue, until today. I pay for one of the best washes they offer. Don’t know what happened today.
