These guys are amazing. I'm immensely grateful as they really helped us in a difficult situation. We drove down to Napa from Seattle and were supposed to head back for a 700 mile Journey on Saturday. Unfortunately, we found a nail lodged in our car tire at 10PM the night before. To make matters worse, the tire was not repairable as it was near the sidewall and the tire itself was a niche model run-flat tire not commonly found on most vehicles After making frantic calls to roadside assistance and assurance (who were predictably useless), we called Kevin on Saturday morning who picked up the phone at 6AM on Saturday. He was the ONLY one who picked up out of all the tire stores in Napa. Not only was he able to find a matching tire (not an RFT but enough for us to get home safely), he was able to do it with same-day delivery on a Saturday morning. To add icing on the cake, he installed the tire for free (he refused to accept payment for it) and only charged us for the cost of same-day delivery and the actual tire. Kevin at B&G Tire really went out of his way to help us and I cannot stress how amazing he and B&G tire are. If I lived in San Francisco, I would drive up to Napa to get my vehicle taken care of by him and the amazing guys at B&G.

Very helpful, needed 4 trailer tires. " Les" quoted close to double the cost, Kevin and his crew got me taken care of in no time at all. The service was markedly different than the big box store and I feel they always go the extra mile.
