Well, it was a pleasant experience. The salesman even offered to accommodate us during our busy weekend by driving our car to us, but our schedule unfortunately didn't work out. I was surprised that the vehicle I wanted was still there after inquiring about it over the weekend. So when I came to the dealership on Tuesday most of the paperwork was ready to go, major time saver. The salesman (Pablo Toscano) And the rest of the staff were all very nice and pleasant to deal with. Not stuffy and pushy like some other dealerships I've been to, which was a factor in us not buying a new car previously. (Not gm) We love our new Chevrolet!

I just purchased a pre-owned Chevrolet Corvette from another dealership. Today, Jimmy Vasser Chevrolet performed a used car inspection for me to ensure there were no issues/problems with the Corvette. They did a good job with the inspection. Reserving an appointment online to have the inspection performed was painless & the dealership offered a complimentary, round-trip Uber ride back to my place in Napa while they performed the inspection. This is only my first experience doing business with Vasser Chevrolet so they get 4 🌟 's. They will definitely get 5 🌟's if future services go as well as today . I must ensure their excellent service is consistent before I feel comfortable giving them 5 🌟 's. 👍👍👍

The service dept customer service lady Stacy was condescending, unprofessional, and unreasonable. We will never go back there. We brought in a 2020 Silverado 3500 with some recent warranty issues and when they didn't know how to fix it, she blamed us and our lift we got 2 years ago. They couldn't even figure out how to start the truck after having it for 7 hours. They also didn't even fix 2 out of 3 issues after a terrible fiasco. Horrible service dept! They completely wasted our time.

I had the best car buying experience Northern California has to offer. Raymond my sales person was very kind, knowledgeable and professional. Mariano the finance advisor was very friendly, welcoming and efficient. They both genuinely set the precedent for not only customer service but the entire car buying experience from start to finish. I was not planning on leaving the lot with a brand new car but my interaction with their staff was so great and they made the process so easy I couldn’t pass on the opportunity. If you are looking for a vehicle this is the dealer to go to!

Kevin's correct and as long as the emission system has not been tampered or altered it should be fine. Until you go to DMV and pay all the fees. LOL.
