HORRIBLE SCAMMING WEBSITE!!! Tried one of their "Promotional trial case of 6 bottles of wine. Got the wine that I paid for. Now 5 months later I checked my credit card statements and turns out I've been getting charged $40 from this company without my approval. Called customer service and I was told that I agreed to be charged and that they have notified me with this email(Attached text below) that I will be charged $40. Bait and Switch? This company offers six bottles of wine for $39.00 along with a monthly $40.00 cash reserve payment for future wine purchase However when you try to place the order on their site, using their discount coupon and password codes, the price jumps to $700.00 less $100.00 discount or $600.00 plus $40 monthly????? Sounds like bait and switch promotion. Further their “Contact” site does not work. No way to send them the above information

This company is unbelievable, I ordered wine with them and thinking it will my only purchase they took my credit card info with no authorization and start charging me 40$ a month for a subscription that I didn’t even know about. So disrespectful and sketchy I won’t ever again but wine from them. Btw the wine is not even good.

READ THE FINE PRINT I bought a case of wines as a christmas gift to a relative, thinking it was a one time purchase. He got the wine and enjoyed it, and I paid a good price, but then I started to notice a $40 charge on my account every month. Turns out, without explicit notice, naked wines automatically signs you up for their "angel" subscription whenever you buy something from then. I complained and they refunded me, but with a very generic email that makes me feel like they were ready for the complaint and that they take advantage of the customers who are not as aware of their bank charges. This is a shady business practice, and had I not gotten a good deal on the wine, this would be a 1 star review
