I’ve only been to two classes so far but I’m hooked! I only have time for one class a week so I consider it my once a week butt whooping. The instructor is clear with the instructions for each exercise and it’s paced well so the hour flys by. The staff has been very helpful with my million questions and everyone has been so friendly. They were very prompt in responding to my email questions as well. No intimidating gym feel here! I was apprehensive to sign up for a class since I only ever workout at home but I’m glad I did.

I’ve been a member for over 2 years, and it was the best investment in myself that I ever could have done. Yes, it is pricey! But when you make yourself a priority then you realize that you are worth it. Colleen and Sammie have made a fun, welcoming environment at the OTF Napa. If you are familiar with HIIT workouts, then this is the best. If not, take a free class, you will really enjoy it! It really is more than just a gym.

Love to get a good workout in while on vacation. Great to be able to keep finding OTFs all over to campare different states and towns studios. Napa did not disappoint, great coach, great facility. Only slight negative is wearing masks still while the work out goes on, but fun time

If you’ve already been doing Orangetheory and become pregnant, check with your doctor first. Our heart rate monitoring is a perfect way to keep an eye on your intensity as you progress through your pregnancy. If you are a few months into your pregnancy and haven’t been doing any sort of fitness training, wait until after you have your baby and we can help get you back into shape!
Absolutely. Our coaches are trained to provide options for each exercise on the floor, in addition to offering a low-impact bike and strider alternative in place of the treadmill for lower body injuries or orthopedic restrictions.
Of course. Orangetheory is geared toward ALL levels of fitness and everyone is free and encouraged to go at their own pace. We recommend trying a free introductory workout, then discussing any thoughts or questions you may have regarding your fitness goals, with your coach.
Splat Points indicate minutes spent in the orange and red zones. Aim for 12 or more Splat Points per class.
Orangetheory is 5 Zone heart rate based interval training using specifically designed and timed interval training blocks. During a workout, members focus on Zones 3, 4 and 5. The workouts are designed to produce 12 minutes or more in Zones 4 & 5 combined (to achieve the after burn) during the treadmill training portion of the workout.
We’ll ask that you arrive no more than 15 minutes before workout and avoid congregating in the lobby.

Our workout room has a variety of equipment including treadmills (bikes and striders as alternatives), WaterRowers, and floor equipment including dumbbells, benches, TRX suspension trainers, medicine balls, BOSU trainers and AB Dollys.
Orangetheory is a 1-hour, full body workout, focused on training to build endurance, strength and power. We use heart rate-based interval training, which burns more calories post-workout than traditional exercise. When wearing our heart rate monitors, your real-time results are displayed on large screens throughout the studio. Intensity is based on your individual heart rate zones, making the workout effective for all fitness levels. To top it off, our fitness coaches lead the workout to prevent you from overtraining or undertraining.
OTbeat™ is our exclusive heart rate monitoring technology. Members have the unique experience of seeing real-time data during their workout, enabling them to push themselves to new limits. After class, they can then monitor their improvements through emailed results and by using the Orangetheory Fitness app.
