Had to get my tile roof cleaned for solar panels to get installed since the algae and grime growing on the tiles was a safety hazard. Didn't really know how to get this done so I reached out to Eric and he was able to come out same day to have a look. He told me all his concerns and took me through how the wash would go. Based on the reviews and pricing I decided to setup a time for the cleaning, which was just a few days later. My neighbor had some concerns about their windows getting dirty (they had just cleaned them) and so Eric was able to put up plastic bags over the windows. Once they got started working everything seemed to go really smooth. There wasn't much noise and I was able to get work done inside. To do the whole roof took about 3 hours and I'm really happy with how it turned out. Highly recommended and would definitely use again.

Eric/Washnit did an awesome job of power-washing old paint off of our concrete patio slab. Eric was incredibly professional-- super responsive returning our calls/texts from start to finish, showed great attention to detail, was helpful sharing referrals for other project contractors in the area, and was totally *reliable.* Even though we haven't finished the patio with a final treatment, it's amazing how much of a difference the power-washing made to our backyard experience. We feel lucky to have found him and we recommend with the greatest confidence.

Eric did an amazing job on our 2 common courtyards. We have had them power washed over the years but they never looked this good as when Eric did the work. He was so easy to communicate with either via phone or text and arrived early and had the job done quickly. Eric will be the only one I call in the future!! Call him, you will be glad you did.
