Had an issue come up with my rental car while I was waiting for my total loss claim to get approved. Technically the issue was my fault (missed some information on a form that said the rental time period that State Farm was paying for would be getting cut down), but it meant I was going to be charged a pretty significant amount for a rental while I was waiting for the claim to be approved. Marissa went to bat for me big time. Ended up getting claims to pay a significant amount of the period that I was originally going to be on the hook for. It made a big difference in my total loss claim. Can't thank her enough.
