I had the absolute best car buying experience at Gengras Ford. Salesman Roger was exceptional throughout the whole process. He was approachable, unimposing, and accommodating. Business manager Evan was extremely knowledgable, thorough, and efficient. Shout out to the rest of the team members at Gengras, everyone was great to work with. I highly recommend this dealership. PS I’m obsessed with my new 2022 Bronco!!

To whom this may concern. My experience with my purchase of a 2022 Ford Maverick from the corporate standpoint was terrible however the staff at Gengras Ford treated me with respect and patience. Most notably I would like to recognize Jake Secondo. His professionalism, candor and most of all honesty may be the only reason that I would consider purchasing another vehicle from Gengras Ford even though corporate lied to me five times. Jake told me the truth from day one and that is difficult to find these days. Thank You very much. I request a correspondence be sent to me to let me know this has been received. Thank You again.

I have been trying to get my Tow Link recall repaired at another Ford dealership and have really experienced terrible customer. I mad an appointment with Gengras Ford and today I went to get my car fixed. I was greeted by Austin in the Service Department. He was very nice and helped me and made me feel welcome. He got all the information and assured me I was all set. He texted me and said he would send an update on my care later. He did and I received an text stating that it was not ready yet. At 4:30 I called and my car was ready for pick up. Austin helped check out and it was a quick process. I got in my vehicle and noticed all the safety precautions such as plastic on the seat and steering wheel. Then I looked at the paper on the floor for their feet. They had vacuumed my car! Thank you for your good customer service I really appreciate it. Deborah

I bought a 2011 F150 from another used car lot and took it to Gengres for its first service. Found out that things that were supposed to have been taken care of before my truck left the lot I bought it from hadn’t been done. Further Gengres knowing I was a new Ford owner (even as it’s used) went above and beyond to address the problem right away. They even took a few extra measures to ensure things were done correctly at no additional cost. Erik was a great help and I full intend on maintaining all my future service here at Gengras Ford.

No. I did the same and they told me last week that they no longer honor those. Sadly for them, they've lost a customer over something as silly as honoring their commitment... I've bought Ford for 20 years... My next car will not be.
Under the hood, take the right rear cover off as you face the car. Battery is under that cover. Remove the back portion of the cover by pressing on the tabs underneath the top of the cover. There are two bolts with nuts visible. You'll need a 1/2" or 10mm deep socket
Watch youtube it will show you how to get your battery out
