If I could give them no stars I would. Literary the worst agency I ever went to, they took forever to get me a job with alot of phone tag and then they force you to take positions you don't want. I was literary getting bullied and harassed at Gemsensor which they placed me in and I told the supervisor there (they did nothing) until I could no longer take employees yelling and being in my face and left. Because of that they said I can no longer get assistance from them. Ranstad doesn't care about their employees, they just want the paycheck attached to us. I know 3 other people who have experience the same exact thing and they also don't get assistance anymore because if it's not what ranstad says, they toss you out. Don't waste your time. Staff was very rude and unprofessional, I had alexandria call me and say she was going to place me on another job and never called back and then Kevin emails me to tell me I can no longer work for them but still emails me, text me and get recruiters calling me to just keep playing tag... very inconsiderate

I am truly impressed by not only the effort by Mr Tyler Meeker on my behalf but also the encouragement given by him to continue to reach out to him while he went out of his way to place me in a job that suited my needs. This is the first time I haven't been given the impression that I was contacting too much but actually praised by Tyler for being proactive. It's been a very motivating experience. It says allot about a staffing agency when it can staff for itself such memorable, dedicated people.

John Northrop scheduled a call with me for a specific time regarding an interview; he could have rescheduled previously but did not And failed to call or email. This is the 3rd time regarding a position he has failed to follow up or communicate with me- I am over qualified for many of their positions, but these are literally desperate times and not the time to drop the ball with a follow up that could impact a customer looking for a client and a client looking for work. I had an excellent experience with Randstad in GA about 10 years ago but have never had one with the CT office here. It’s very disappointing and I’m sure my concerns and the general disregard for my time, skills, etc will go ignored. They should bring on a site manager who can handle basic communication etiquette.
