Fantastic Service! They have a new owner!! So reviews older than 2 months don’t reflect the new owner/management necessarily. Im from Colorado on an epic coastal ride when I got a front flat on my Harley Softail 1hr before close, about 2 miles from the shop. The owner hooked me up with a tow driver, and stayed after closing to get it all changed out and me on the road again! Impressed with the friendly and helpful owner.

I toke my genuine buddy scooter in to get its headlight and running light replaced it has been three months I call and leave messages they never call back if I do get a hold of somebody Im told the parts are on their way and should be here by the end of the week and each week comes and the parts aren’t there . Ask them to order it from the place I bought the bike from because they said it would take one week for them to get the parts to me they ordered from a different place over a week later still no parts

Please don’t waste your time and money as I did with Napa Valley Moto. *Reviews pre-2018 are for a different owner* Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with any business. They take no pride in communication once you provide payment for parts or gear, require constant reminders and follow up, and around 90% of your visits and calls during normal store hours they can’t be bothered to unlock the front door or answer phones. It’s a minor miracle the lights stay on and the rent gets paid. Good luck getting a refund for the incompatible parts they’ll sell you. Do your own research before you pay, because chances are they won’t bother to ask the right questions.
