All of my requests were marked as resolved without action being taken. I communicate the problem to the front and/or back office. They fail to communicate with each other and I pay the price. Literally and figuratively. I believe that these micro aggressive acts are designed to force me out. When I reach out about an issue it's not uncommon to wait up to 30+ days for resolution of the biggest issues. I would love to live peacefully.

For the applicant it takes 10 minutes to apply and it takes 48 hours for the result of their credit to come back to us, unless they are from a different state, in which case it could take up to 2 weeks for the background to come back.
