I’m ready to close the Nuevo townhome in Sacramento Natomas. They been back & forth for closing date, due to labor, ok I understand bc COVID, but now few days before closing, we had orientation, exterior of building YELLOW, which no sales person mentioned- I hate strange color of building- & flooring carpet was diff -agly dark brown -than what ordered. Soon as target have my last check, sales not answering, no one to talk to This is worst home buying in my life.

I would give 1 star, horrible property management and disgusting apartments. The manager never answers and just completely rude and unprofessional the 1 time out of 3 weeks of calling

I moved out in July of 2021 and did not receive any communication that I had a refund on my deposit until May of 2022 and when I cashed the check it bounced! I have been trying to get a replacement check for 2 weeks! Everytime i call and someone finally answers i get someone different and apparently they dont communicate big issues because i always have to re-explain the entire situation. While I was a tenant the customer service of the office wasn't any better. There was always issues with miscommunication and anytime you would call the office they never answer! They don't open til 10 but are taking an hour linch at 12 so you can never really get help when needed. I would NEVER recommend here to anyone. And I definitely would Never move back.
