I live here currently and it’s terrible. The inside of the apartment is the only nice thing but even that is super cheap and everything breaks. Recently they’ve been locking all laundry rooms because “we have been letting people sleep in there”. They also closed our parking stalls for 3 days now. The pools are always packed, hot tubs don’t even work. We have had our car robbed 3 times now. And we’ve also woken up to SWAT before. Super dangerous and not a good place if you want to be comfortable.

Holes left from previous tenants bunch of constructive problems like ventilation and sound insulation, trash everywhere where which explains easily by people who live there, they accept people who wouldn’t be able to go through any background check anywhere else. Parking doesn’t exist as an option, expect to be towed couple time and charged with $430 They earn any possible way on you and do not provide with anything. Expect police will come to your neighbors, screams and fights is ordinary thing there. Bunch of children straining and do mess cause they are not at any supervision by adults. So that place is a mess no one help you there. I’m moving out as soon as my lease ends. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to move in. Seriously stay away from this place.

don't move here! it's kind of a ghetto! This is the worst place I have ever lived! we could not fix the fam in the bathroom for several months, there is garbage and dirt on the streets, no one cleans up after their pets. I have never seen so many cockroaches! there is almost no guest parking, if you have more than one car or guests have come to you, they will not be able to park. the neighbors are very noisy, complaints to the manager did not help. My car was towed twice from guest parking in front of their leasing office but there is no spots available at all so I’ve been charged with $860 for that other people spinning around for hours to find a spot. All their 5 star reviews are fake they write them themselves.
