All rooms on 11th floor have loud bath fans that run all night (as confirmed by front desk at checkout). So much for an HH profile that asks for quiet room.

Stayed here over New Years Eve. Most comfortable hotel bed I have ever been in. Very modern and clean. Convenient parking. Staff was friendly.

The interior of the hotel is spectacular! The location is superb! The rooms are beautiful! But...there are two bars adjoining the hotel, which have never been an issue in all my years of traveling. However, there are speakers on the exterior of the building which play music out onto Forbes Avenue. They played music all night long out to an empty Forbes Avenue. The bass echoed throughout our room all night long. I complained to the front desk. Her reply was that there is nothing she can do about it. I questioned about Hiltons satisfaction guarantee. She said there was nothing she could do about that either. We checked out at 5:30 am and canceled our remaining plans in Pittsburgh that weekend. For $226, we got to be kept awake ALL NIGHT in a nice room. We didn't even get an "I'm sorry." We have been loyal patrons of the Hilton chain, this will change. UPDATE: After receiving a response from the hotel manager, I reached out to him, as he requested. He explained the events that led up to the incident with the speakers. Being a former manager, I completely understood how this could have happened. Sometimes, small details can be easily overlooked, but the consequences on a third party can be enormous. I am very pleased with the response from the management and will be updating my rating accordingly! We will return to this location!!!

It’s clean, great location, and front desk is always helpful. The restaurant is nice but expensive - same with parking. My only complaint is the break fast for the high price of the hotel it was literally a bottle of apple juice and two options for food a wrapped cheese danish or a wrapped cheese muffin 💀 I just think the price of this hotel is overpriced. Nice and awesome location yeah but overpriced.
