We loved the stay, as simple as that. We only disliked one thing and that is no cleaning for 5 days. We stayed wit our 20 months old daughter and diaper are a killer, we cannot do 5 days without garbage take away. The fact that I had to pay pretty decent amount of money to stay and not have anyone taking the trash away was surprising, really.

Checked in an hour ago and Patti at the front desk has an amazing! She’s been dealing with all of the staffing and accommodation issues wonderfully well. We had asked for a stadium view and she moved our room twice due to the size of our family without complaining or any issues! The lady deserves a promotion with how professional, courteous and patient that she is!! The place is beautiful and appears to be taken care of. We will update our review later after a great night sleep and trying out the free breakfast in the morning.

Holiday Inn Express is a go to for us when traveling. Price, service, rooms and amenities are consistently great. But, I have to give a particular shout out to the staff at the Pittsburgh North Shore location, especially the food service staff who get the breakfast prepared. They were friendly, helpful and engaged with everyone with a warm hello and a smile.

Great customer service. Very clean and up to date. Nice rooms. Comfortable beds, chairs, couches. Great hospitality and friendly employees. Willing to help your stay all it is suppose to be and you expect. Always a teller at the desk. Big good continental breakfast. A real breakfast.
