I got 2 payments and then they had a computer glitch. And have not received any more. After 3 weeks I finally got through to the PUA call center and was told that they were working on it and that they had all ready corrected the problem. I was told last Thursday to file my weekly claim and there should not be any issues. Well that’s not the case I still don’t have a payment date on the weeks owed. I am figuring it’s going to take me another three weeks to get through to anybody that still won’t have accurate information.
No I haven't and its almost a year now
I recieved two payments and no back payments I've tried for days and can't seem to get to anyone
