Just moved in, very quiet neighbors. Near the Nellis base, so you hear jets, but I don't really notice them. Military brat, but I think they still wouldn't bother people after an adjustment period. Update. New office manager, and new staff. Nice people, but there's been some accounting issues that they are researching. Not enough maintenance workers, but the ones they have are pleasant and good workers.

This is a large and older version of a mobile home park. My daughter and son in law live here and it works well for them.

I called in a/c st 2:37pm on Sunday, it smelled like something was burning. Absolutely no one went on roof to check it out. With 2 cats and a dog experiencing 106+ temps, this is unacceptable!!!!!! Thomas Schule is nothing more than a slumlord

They r very judgemental there.
We have been living here for over a year and we love it. It's quiet. We haven't had any problems at all. Maintenance takes care of whatever issues we have. Office staff is amazing. The rent is affordable and our home is really nice! My kids like it here as well. We won't be moving anytime soon.
I agree with Kristin be honest with Tina. She is very nice as is Judy in the main office. Just make sure your dog or dogs aren't left alone to bark all day or night people here work all shifts, and not run loose and you should be fine. Hope this helps.
There always renting usually yeah they will take your ssi income
Not cool!!!!!
Oh.Wow
Many residents do not leash their dogs when walking them. Some do. Most do not. I'd honestly reconsider moving into this establishment...not because of the dogs. It's poorly run, the neighbors are nosey and the management doesn't attend to the property in any sort of way that could be considered professional. What you save in rent, you'll make up with the leaky units and high as hell electric bill year round. Don't get duped.
Yes...you can own your mobile home and just rent the lot. But the park also rents home and lot packages. But you cannot own a lot in this park. Lots can only be rented.
