A new Manager was hired and I went to see the Park with hopes of possibly relocating there. The Park was clean and organized and the Manager and Security Supervisor were very helpful and knowledgeable about how to make a smooth transition. Sarah ( Mngr.) and David ( Security ) showed me 2 units available for a future move. Could be a good fit. Also, the park has a few local businesses within close proximity, accessible by foot, to the Mobile Park that would be helpful to any resident. 👍🏼👍🏼

I don't know if they have a 2br available right now but yes power and water are part of that rent.... 2br are 600 to 650 monthly 1br are 500 to 550 monthly and you must have first and last to move in or it's a no go.... And Ms.Netra is VERY STRICT

No. I live there and got the largest place. Very dangerous mobile park filled with drugs. The VA is trying to find me a safer place.

Okay so once apon a time waaaay back when, yes a father & son managed here. This is no longer the case. We now have a lovely young lady by the name of neetra who oversees the property. Im unsure if the questiin you ask of the two bedroom and thier prices but i do know if you are renting a mobile home, rv or trailer thats already on the property, space rent is included. The only things that are required after the renting costs are power & water which is read by and paid to the mobile home park when one pays rent. You will recieve a monthly invoice of what is owed including water and power attached to the statement. Unsure if furnished or not. For the most part id say the mobile home park is good for the price. I know people are friendly and we love dogs here!!!
