There are two lots for motor homes and trailers nearby if you live here. You would have to call the park management to know for sure what they will accept

No sweetie they do not sell rv propane . It is just a community for 55 and older.... If you have an RV you can park it there you just have to pay a little bit extra amongst the space rent you pay for your manufactured home .
I don't think they have 1 Bdrm, This park is all double wide units, very nice, you will love it here. Call office n speak to Debra, you may have to get on a waiting list, but so worth it. I have lived here 7 years and love it. The space rent is very high, I think it starts at $850 and up, that includes sewer ,trash, basic cable, great clubhouse too.
A monthly newsletter is put into the mail tube located on the side of almost every home. On the front page is a list of CAC officers and inside are a variety of subjects with contact information. You can get ahold of people associated with what you're interested in doing that way. You can also attend the monthly CAC meeting, 3rd Tuesday of the month, and discuss your desire to participate in activities there. Hope this helps!
