The best part about working with Dusty is the peace of mind. It’s a “set it and forget it” business model where I don’t have to worry if the check is in the mail or not. If anything goes wrong, it gets handled behind the scenes, and I get an update as needed. I sleep easier working with Dusty. We post your property, along with photos, on our website as well as over 20 additional websites. A yard sign will be placed as well. We answer the phone and show properties six days a week from 8:30am till 5pm. It normally takes two to four weeks to rent a home.
