Can I get tested for free on Wednesday at Lot J in Jacksonville, FL? I don't have insurance. I was in contact with someone who tested positive this week.

We arrived at 0840 on a Friday, 20min before they started testing at 0900, but car line was already really long. Once they opened, seemed to move quickly, but once we were in sight of the actual testing spot, our car hardly moved. I think we finally finished testing around 1100. So waiting probably depends on the day...

Are they open for testing?
