Yes, 9am-6pm daily, or until they run out of tests, unless the weather becomes unsafe. They are doing 125 antibody tests and 750 active infection tests each day. You can start lining up at 8am. There are no bathrooms and no getting out of your car, so plan ahead. I was in the last 10 people for antibody testing and was in line for 4 hours. The active test line moves much faster, but there is still a long wait.
