Thank you so very much to Fred Hill in the probate department for helping me with an error I had made. Very professional and went above-and-beyond.

Your employee first told me to go to the wrong area to pay. Then he told me to pay online. I wanted to pay at the clerk of court today however he said to just pay online. I am infuriated about this and hope that employee gets fired. He was also on a personal call when I walked up to him. These government employees need to be supervised and I cant believe the disrespect shown today.

Go 2 courthouse, once thru security proceed thru door hang a right. Speak to person at and ask for residential eviction.. Once number called ask the clerk for a eviction pkg, cost 10.00 and info.
Call the court to speak to an advisor...they can assist you with that...Then they will reach out to who put the injunction on you...and or they will just have it removed or you can also talk to an police officer they should know the steps to take.....praying for you and your situation.
Yes you can get passports there. My wife and daughter just recently got theirs at the courthouse. Usually pretty fast service.
My sister was married at the court house. Very nice setting, you don't feel as if you are in a notary office. I was the required'witness' and was a great alternative to a costly ceremony.
You are until u prove you are not. Go to Family Division at Clerk's offices and get records then get an attorney.

I have a hearing set for July 22 at 10:00am before the Honorable Robert M. Dees in Hearing Room 734 of the Duval County Unified Courthouse. I am unable to attend this hearing because of medical and financial problems, along with My Mother that lived in Jacksonville has passed away, therefore I will have no place to stay. Currently I live in Ohio. My name is Margaret White-Fitzpatrick, I recently file a motion for a foreclosure surplus, this is the main reason for the hearing. Please advise.
