I love living here. The owner is as sweet as they come there's nothing she wouldn't do for you within reason, I've lived here for only 8 months and I love it

I was a U.S Navy Desert Storm Veteran Stationed on board the Battle Ship Missouri BB63 from 87-91, and served in the California Army National Guard, and worked for the Department of Veterans Affairs 2008-2016, I fell on hard times in 2017, and experiencing episodes from PTSD. I kiss the feet of the owners for allowing me to rent here , even though none of the residents wanted me here.

I am looking for a place to call home I am a full time worker (security guard) I have paycheck stubs for proof of income. Only issue is I can't pass a background check. 2yrs ago I obtained a domestic violence charge.
