The worst place, before it was very good and NO. I paid for a physical and the TB made an appointment for the results today 8-19-22 my appointment was 4:00 pm they attended me at 4:37 I arrived at 3:40 pm horrible after I paid for my service that's how they treat me!!! It's horrible I NEVER GO BACK AND IT'S NOT THE FIRST TIME THE WAIT IN THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The staff is miserable, from intake to exit. I was seen by Dr. Bradley L. Wilson. He was AWFUL. Aside from diagnosing me completely wrong, he was rude, condescending, and just a mannerless human being. Walked out on me while I was telling him how I felt with no interest in listening. The nurse asked me if I had an epipen for my severe allergies, which at the time I said yes. Upon getting home I realized my epipen was expired. I called back to see if he could write me a prescription so I could have this life saving medication and after 3 phone calls he denied me. Dr. Bradley Wilson does not care about patient and just wants to make his money by seeing as many patients as he can. AVOID THIS PLACE AND ESPECIALLY BRADLEY WILSON AT ALL COSTS IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR WELLBEING. DISGUSTED & HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN LEE HEALTH FOR HIRING "PROFESSIONALS" LIKE THIS.

100% recommend. All the nurses, doctor and staff were amazing and very kind. I received some bad news at my appointment but everyone (nurses and the doctor) made me feel comfortable and went over everything. The doctor went and even grabbed a water and tissues for me. Will definitely go back if I have any issues

The other location in fort myers is awful. This location is INCREDIBLE. The difference is like night and day. We have come several times and always had a great experience. Short wait times. Doctors were great, they listened and didn’t make us feel rushed. I definitely recommend this place (only this location, pine island) if your ever in need of an Urgent Care. I would give more stars if I could. Photo is of waiting room on 2pm on a holiday. We just eft page field location. (It was closer) and they had a 3 HOUR WAIT and a FULL waiting room. THIS PLACE IS THE BEST!
