I am a 70 year old male who underwent 6 laminectomies T12 - L5. I know what back pain is and how tightness can and does effect your daily activities. I’ve had many massages over the years and without question the best (by far) massage I have ever received is from Robyn. She is very thorough and most professional when giving a massage. The massage rooms are immaculate and she is very pleasant. I highly recommend RB Institute if your looking for an excellent massage that will make you feel great….. Mike Messina

As a licensed board of Health Colonic therapist in Florida and in my experience working with patients for over 32 years, I advise my patients to follow the protocol of the surgeon. People do not realize they can fast and they can drink clear fluids but the day of surgery you may still have a slow Transit time and the small intestine may dump into the colon and ruin your colonoscopy procedure. Having a colonic the day before is recommended even if you follow the Doctors protocols to help accomplish a successful colonoscopy
