Brantley Pines Apartments

I was driving by to check-these apartments out for my son. A bit concerning looks like it’s been there for weeks.

These are not luxury apartments. Do not be fooled. NEWCOMERS: check and double check your apartment and your lease! because once you sign that lease, they do not care about you! They recently added "luxury" to their website along with HIGHLY edited photos, that don't resemble this place, not even the slightest. The buildings are so old & they haven't made any renovations to the community. The apartment was FILTHY when we moved in. White paint all over the floors from when they NEVER cleaned up, to dead bugs, to mold in the bathtub. They had sent us a video tour of the apartment, to which we quickly realized, was not the apartment we were in. We also didn't have hot water in 1 the bathroom and there were rusty screws in the carpets in both bedrooms. Of course, I brought all of this up to the front office, and they did not care one bit! Once you pay and sign those papers, they will not help you or reach out to you unless its to threaten you with more fees. They also said they would send someone to clean, and no one ever came. Our mailbox got broken into and as soon as I told the very rude front office staff, the lady by the door especially, she immediately said it wasn't their fault, they are not responsible and that there was nothing they could do but change the lock. She has told us twice that our packages were not there, when they were in fact there. Apartments are constantly flooding. I blame corporate and management, not maintenance because you can tell they are overwhelmed! An old maintenance guy told me that the pipes on these very old buildings are horrible and thats why they burst constantly. The office doesn’t care. Just keep looking

I like living in Brantley pines because all of the workers are super helpful whenever we need anything. You feel like a priority which is rare to find. I also like the dog park being able to get my dogs energy out is amazing. Anytime I have family over we definitely take advantage of the pool! All around Brantley is a great neighborhood!

My family and I just moved in. The maintance department is amazing,fast, and friendly. They helped us with all our needs and the apartment is amazing!! The office stay is amazing as well and was very friendly. The move in experience is always tough and the whole staff and maintenance team at brantley pines was so helpful and amazing for my family. 👍 thank you!!
