I really have to give it up to The Carlton. Thousands and thousands of people applying and looking to live here. You can see the amount of views on their site. They did a fantastic job helping us out with obtaining an apartment and walking us through the process. This isn’t my first rodeo- by FAR. I’ve lived in many communities and I can tell off the bat, this is the one I will enjoy the most. The leasing staff are incredible and reliable. They are flexible with you and provide an excellent space to conduct business. It’s enjoyable- which I haven’t experienced at any other apartment complex. Thank you to Wendy and Emily for helping us become members to such a wonderful community. We’ve had 0 issues thus far and the space is incredible, not to mention the most affordable in fort Myers that I’ve seen recently. Thank you everyone and thank you The Carlton family for providing an amazing complex for your residents!!

God awful parking situation. No designated spots or areas for residents and guests. Expect to walk a quarter mile to and from your car to get to your unit.

Leasing people could not answer basic questions regarding background and credit. Our app was denied based on advice given by their staff. Totality inept leasing office. Absolutely no help from anyone.

Yes! Choose the “Leasing Info” tab at the top of our website. Under leasing info select the option of “ready to apply to the future resident waitlist”. Please read the future resident application instructions and click “apply now”. Here you will find a list of floor plans within our community, select “join waitlist” on the floor plan of your choosing. You must register as a new user and follow the instructions to submit your application & payment. There is no service charge to submit your payment using the E-check option.
Refundable Pet Deposit $200 per pet Pet Rent $20 per month/per pet Temporary and/or visiting pets are not allowed. We accept only dogs, cats, birds and fish. No exotic pets, rodents, reptiles, etc. allowed. 75 lb weight limit per pet. Two animal limit per apartment. Breed restrictions apply.
Monthly rent includes valet trash removal, pest control, all maintenance and all amenities.
Yes. We have controlled access to the community.
There are NO application or administrative FEES. Credit review, employment and residency verifications and criminal background reviews are conducted by a third party after you have submitted a completed application. We require current proof of monthly income at least 3x the monthly rent of your selected apartment. There is a $300* refundable security deposit required. *subject to screening results.
