Sales guys very short and unwilling to budge. Whole process was rushed even though I stated it doesn’t have to be today. Went to view and demo but unit was incorrect and was asked if that would be a problem.. parts dept had failing systems and voiced frustration.. it was a very uncomfortable experience.. kinda feel taken advantage of.

If negative stars can be given I would from the type of service conducted on our unit and the absolute worst customer service they provide at this dealership. Whatever you do DO NOT buy one from them or take your unit to this dealer for service. My rig spent nearly 2 months in their possession for a warranty repair that they claimed in writing would take 2 weeks to address, it spent nearly 2 months. Our rig was dropped off to them in like new condition (photos were taken at time of dropoff) and they never gave us in writing a reasoning behind why they needed to replace parts on our unit. The day before we picked it up I emailed the service advisor that we anticipated the unit to be returned to us in the condition it was dropped off and you will see in the photos that was NOT the case. In our 5 years of RVing we have never seen such poor craftmanship from a service department. We actually had to drive the unit to another dealership to fix the damage that was done by RV One. We then reached out to their managers to rectify the situation and all they wanted to do was compensate us for was $500 claiming all of our concerns where comestic and that our unit was "usable;" we lost out on two (2) booked trips as well as the fuel cost to travel 2.5 hours away to another dealer to fix all the damage by RV One. We had a door that would not operate (would NOT open or close); door frame looks like it was pounded by a hammer, exterior siding not secured to the wood frame construction (manufacturer paid them to fix this) and window trim screws totally stripped and spinning for both driver and passenger side windows; meaning the trim was not securing the window to the frame, huge gaps around the windows, no sealant reinstalled ANYWHERE, screws missing in places, damaged our sink, damaged interior trim pieces, damage to the front cap trim pieces, damaged front decals, damaged exterior siding and they even installed the damaged siding that the manufacturer shipped them that was to be replaced under warranty repair instead of order new ones; this was all paid for by the manufacturer to RV One! They are inconsiderate, rude, unprofessional and clearly unknowledgable in how to conduct certain repairs. I have heard from people in this area of how bad they are but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but now see all the negative reviews are true!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Overpriced on all c class. If you purchase used here they don't check the engines or give you any idea what condition of the RV is in.
