Me and my wife have a 20 some odd year old air conditioner here that is r-22. No longer a usable refrigerant. It has stopped working now multiple times. I have pictures and videos to prove so. I also wanna add that I am a licensed hvac technician. I have my journeyman’s license and my Nate certifications. Every time it goes down my wife calls the office and they send maintenance guys that do not know what they are doing. Every time they come they say nothing is wrong then I’m out at 11 o clock at night adding refrigerant to the system because they fail to do so. I have also had to replace a contactor because it failed. We have a 7 week old baby and I’m tired of these people not doing anything. You would think for a run down apartment that we pay almost 1400 dollars a month for with no lights which again I installed ceiling fan lights myself. A cracked ceiling , Sheetrock spackling falling off. The internet cable was not mounted to the plate on the wall again fixed that myself. Maybe we might just get our air conditioning system replaced. I am sick and tired of the negligence. Action needs to be taken immediately. Before I start sending Iona lakes bills for my time skills labor and material. I should not be having to fix my own stuff.

I cannot stress enough of the customer service I have received from the Assistant Property Manager Javier Barreto regarding the wasp problem I had at my unit. He responded quickly with his maintenance team (who are great) and followed that up with the exterminator. I had been stung three times in a matter of seconds and immediately reported the issue to Javier. This property manager is the best. Thanks Javier and the Maintenance crew. Rick and Margie

Overpriced apartments, gates are always inoperable, and the staff regularly modifies office hours with no notice. Office is supposed to be open until 5:30, presumably to help those who work 9-5 (like myself). If I have an issue, I regularly show up to find a sign on the door that says they have closed, sometimes at 5, sometimes as early as 4. Today I had an appointment to turn in my keys after work. I pull up to the office at 5:07 and make eye contact with two of the office employees, who then proceed to literally flee to their vehicles to avoid helping me. When I get to the front doors they're locked, with a sign saying that the office is closing at 5 that day. I'd like to say I was surprised, but it's more like I was enraged. I left work early to MAKE SURE I was there on time, and all I got was a wasted hour and a gallon less of gas. Thanks for nothing.
